Tiffany has worked with intellectually and/or developmentally disabled children and adults, families and community service providers since 2009.  Tiffany began her clinical training working with children and adult survivors of trauma. Tiffany learned about applied behavioral analysis approaches while facilitating behavioral therapies with autistic children for various ABA agencies in the Bay Area. Tiffany then worked as a crisis intervention clinician for Creating Behavioral and Educational Momentum (CBEM) and then directed and led the CBEM crisis service in San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin Counties.

She went on to work as a psychotherapist at the Puente Clinic in San Mateo County and worked with adults with dual diagnosis of an intellectual and/or developmental disability and a co-occurring mental health diagnosis.  Tiffany then began consulting with adult residential homes and day service programs.  She went on to teach the residential services orientation (RSO) class in collaboration with City College of San Francisco and Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC).  Next, Tiffany began to work with agencies to develop program designs for Specialized Residential Facilities (SRF),  Enhanced Behavioral Support Homes (EBSH) and Community Crisis Homes (CCH).  Tiffany supported many agencies with developing person centered services during the closures of the developmental centers in California.   She also provided consultation, training and therapeutic services in partnership with community agencies that offer residential options for individuals, including Family Home Agencies (FHA) and Supported Living Services (SLS).  Tiffany works with children, teens and young adults, as well as with agencies that provide employment programs for adults. She also offers couples therapy to developmentally and/or intellectually disabled adults, and to parents of children with disabilities and rare disease. Tiffany currently leads an evolving team at Le Tusa, working together to develop and implement innovative programs. Tiffany is inspired by many teachers and therapeutic practices. She is constantly learning and evolving as a clinician. Tiffany completed Part 1 of EMDR Basic Training through an EMDRIA_approved program in 2024 and is currently in the process of receiving supervision toward EMDR certification.
